"My name is Olle Kuusik.
I was born in Estonia, in little town called Viljandi. In 1994 I completed high school and entered the Industrial School of Tartu for my formal culinary education. During those 4 years in school I practiced cooking in several of the finest restaurants in Estonia. After completing my schooling I worked as cook at the Irish Pub and later as chef at a private hunting club, satisfying the tastes of customers from all over the Europe.
I guess, because of my adventurous soul and will to always see and learn new things, in 1999 my wife and I ended up here in Panama City. During these past 10 years I have been pursuing a different line of work, but my passion has always been to cook, mostly for friends and family. But now I want to take it to the next level. My vision in this business is to provide healthy and nutritious food to families with a busy lifestyle.
